Order Cancellations
To cancel a recently placed order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via phone or email.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders are processed and shipped quickly—often on the same day—so cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

International Returns
We are happy to process returns for our international customers. Please note that return shipping labels are provided for U.S. domestic orders only, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Approved exchanges will be shipped during that time frame.
While exchange orders are shipped free of charge, Bosslife Legacy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country.
