Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Returns
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage
Items showing signs of wear may be refused
All returned items are inspected before any return is approved.

Approved returns may be processed as one of the following:
Refund to the original method of payment
Exchange (subject to availability)
Store credit for a future purchase

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is no longer available at the time your return is processed, store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping & Handling Fee
A $8.00 shipping and handling fee applies to returns requesting a refund.
This fee does not apply to exchanges or store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

International Returns
We accept returns from international customers. However, return shipping labels are provided for U.S. domestic customers only.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Approved exchanges will be shipped during that timeframe. Bosslife Legacy is not responsible for additional customs charges imposed by your country.
